Delivery and Returns

Delivery

When placing an order from MeterBox to ensure your receive delivery updates via our courier please include your email address or mobile phone number. We will add this information on dispatch. You will then receive delivery notifications via our courier with ETA on the day of delivery.

There is a section on the delivery information page when you are checking out; which allows you to make a special delivery request like ‘leave by side gate if no one is in’. If this is necessary we will pass on this information to the courier.

Note: All deliveries under £100 have a £10 carriage cost.

Returns

All returns must be made within 28 days and in returned in their original packaging and they must not have been used or fitted. Should any returns be received after the 28 day return period a 10% restocking fee will be retained.

Items that were incorrectly ordered or unsuitable for its purpose can be returned for a full refund of unit price (excluding original carriage charge) as long as it is evident the product has not been used.

For any damaged items that are received back a 25% fee will be retained upon refund.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once package is received.
